About Coach Bea:

Anthony Bea is currently in his 15th year as a Head or Assistant basketball coach. He coached for two years as an assistant boys’ varsity basketball coach at Dublin High School and one year as assistant boys’ varsity basketball coach at Bentley High school in the Bay Area. Anthony started off his Central Unified coaching career at the elementary school level where he was the head girls basketball coach for 7 years before taking over the program at Glacier Point Middle School. During his 2-year head coaching tenure at Glacier Point, he and his coaching staff lead the Huskies to their first-ever 2017-2018 undefeated and championship season.

Anthony played at St. Joseph High School in Westchester, IL. just outside of Chicago. Where he was a one-year captain and 4 times East Suburban Catholic Conference title winner.  He went on to play 4 years at Loras College. While there, he was a 2-year captain, All-Conference Honorable Mentions, and top 20 in assists. After his career at Loras College, he had a short stint in a semi-professional basketball league.

Anthony has a Bachelor′s Degree in Business with a focus in finance and management as well a Master’s of Education Degree from Grand Canyon University. He is a 20-year retired banking executive who worked closely with C suite executives and senior officers to design and implement strategic plans to meet private, commercial, investment, and community banking business goals.
